Elevation Worship is Back with "Here As in Heaven"

In celebrating theie 10 years as a worship team, Elevation Worship will be releasing their latest album, Here As In Heaven, on Feb. 5. This new live album, recorded in July of 2015 in front of a maximum-capacity crowd at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC, is a collection of 12 of Elevation Worship's strongest and most accessible corporate worship songs to date. Filled with stirring anthems and shouts of praise, these songs not only celebrate the truth that God's presence is available to His people, they also serve as a call to action to build the kingdom of God here on earth.
Two of the album's standout tracks, "Resurrecting" and "O Come to the Altar," are currently available for those who pre-order on iTunes. In addition to its 12 songs, Here As In Heaven also includes "Evidence," an inspirational preaching track from Steven Furtick, lead Pastor of Elevation Church, as well as a radio version of "O Come To The Altar," set to begin vying for adds at radio in early 2016.
"The atmosphere changes when we encounter God. There is power in the presence of Jesus, and He has made that power available to us, His church, in every moment and every situation; here as in Heaven," says Wade Joye, Worship Pastor at Elevation Church. "These songs inspire us to worship with a new sense of expectation and purpose, and to let our lives be the evidence of His presence on earth."
Elevation Worship has become an influential voice in churches around the world with CCLI charting songs such as "Only King Forever," "Give Me Faith," and "Unstoppable God." This record follows the acclaimedWake Up The Wonder album, which debuted as the #1 Christian album on Billboard, and is the ninth full-length release from the church.
The church will celebrate with an Album Release Party on Feb. 5 at 7pm EST at several locations in the Charlotte area, and can also be live-streamed on the Elevation Network.
Elevation Worship will be participating in the multi-city 2016 Outcry Tour this year, alongside several other major Christian bands and artists including Jesus Culture, Kari Jobe, Hillsong Worship, and more. Tickets and locations are now available online.
