Jason Gray Releases "Remind Me You're Here"

Centricity Music recording artist Jason Gray releases today (Nov. 15) the first single, "Remind Me You're Here," from Disorder, the second volume of his three-part album, Order Disorder Reorder. The song is available now at digital retail and streaming outlets globally through https://jasongray.lnk.to/remindmeyourehere, and goes for adds at radio beginning Jan. 10.
Where part one of his new album, Order, released amidst acclaim Aug. 16 and explores topics "when things are more or less going the way you hope," Gray's Disorder is set to release early next year and wrestles with when hopes are dashed.
"Disorder is when our plan falls apart; when we find we weren't as in control as we thought we were," says Gray. "Reminded of our vulnerability, we are broken down and opened up enough to meet with God in a profound way.
"We think we want answers when the catastrophes of life hit, but the story of Job reminds us that an answer isn't always what we need or even desire the most," continues Gray. "Answers rarely-if ever-bring healing. Rather, to experience the presence of God in the midst of our suffering is very healing. Our questions burn away like fog at sunrise and in their place comes the deep sense that we are held."
I won't ask you for reasons
Cause reason can't wipe away tears
No, I don't need all the answers
Just be here beside me
Father remind me You're here
(From the "Remind Me You're Here" chorus)
The cascading release of Order Disorder Reorder has been divided into three parts "to give time and space to reflect on one part of the journey before digging into the next," Gray says. Disorder and Reorder EP releases will be announced in the New Year.
Playing "Remind Me You're Here," the radio hit "I'm Gonna Let It Go" featured on the five-song Order EP, and more fan favorites while on tour, Gray wrapped up a national tour with Citizen Way and The Young Escape and continues to tour, performing eight events in four states before Christmas.
Listeners can also hear the singer-songwriter on SiriusXM The Message's program Acoustic Storytime. Named after his live album released in 2008, Gray serves as the host of this monthly writer's-round radio show sponsored by Compassion LIVE and featuring performances from Christian artists recorded at The Well Coffeehouse in Nashville (Brentwood, TN). Episodes so far have included Brandon Heath, Sanctus Real, Tenth Avenue North, Marc Martel, Clay Finnesand (North Point Worship), Jonny Diaz, Ryan Stevenson, Rhett Walker and more.
