Duck Dynasty star, the original Duck Commander, Phil Robertson shares an incredible story of his life in a new book titled ‘Happy, Happy, Happy: My Life and Legacy as the Duck Commander.’
In the book, Robertson chronicles the stories of his life from early childhood through the founding of a family business.
In 1960s, Robertson was an NFL bound quarterback completing his college master’s degree in English at Louisiana Tech University. Growing up with the dream of living a simple life like his forebears, his dream wasn’t coming true as he stepped his foot on the path to self-destruction drinking, fighting, leasing a bar. Robertson’s life changed when he experienced God’s saving grace.
A 240-page life story book by Phil Robertson who invented the duck call which started an incredible journey for him and his family, releases May 7, 2013, on Howard Books.
