Brad + Rebekah's "Kick Death" Reminds Us of Our Authority in Christ

Acclaimed husband/wife worship duo Brad + Rebekah return today with their new single "Kick Death." The song is based on Luke 10:19 which promises, "I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you."
Brad + Rebekah write, "`Kick Death' is a reminder of the authority that Christ has given us over the enemy... DEATH - the situations that seem difficult and negatively effects our minds, body and soul... the things that we allow to creep in that just don't belong... the things that bring death and not life... We have been given a royal inheritance in Christ, but sometimes we forget what that means...
"It's not Christ doing everything for us, but working in and through us... His authority... This song is a declarative reminder to stand strong on Christ's Authority and "kick death out of your realm, kick it out of house, out of your field and fences... speak life and authority in Jesus name..."
He's taking back our freedom
And driving out the lies
He's given us all authority
He's over every battle
And every enemy
He's given us all authority
He's casting out the darkness
And raising up the dead
He's given us all authority
So lift your voice in freedom
Believing all he said
He's given us ALL AUTHORITY
