Sherwin Gardner Celebrates Valentine's Day and Birthday With New Music

Caribbean gospel star Sherwin Gardner is truly a product of love. The dynamic Trinidad & Tobago native was born on Valentine's Day and now he's celebrating this year's birthday by dropping a new extended play digital release, Find Me Here Vol. 1. (Flow Masters / Tyscot Records), on February 14th. The project blends his native island inspirations with elements of Afro Beats and American Pop stylings. Listen Link: FindMeHereVol2.lnk.to/SGMusic
The six-track set opens with a percussive Summer Mix re-recording of his massive 2024 world music viral hit "Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)" that earned him over a billion TikTok views and 28 million digital streams. Then, what follows is an infectious pool of songs that boil with Caribbean heat and catchy hooks. There's the bubbling "Up from Here," the scorching dancehall groove "Step Out," the smoldering mid-tempo "Unconditional" and the feverish rhythm of "Step Out." Then, he offers the sweat-inducing "Roll Call" for the faithful to stand tall before closing with the warm, honeyed Afropop salute to mothers everywhere, "Mama."
The six-track Find Me Here Vol. 1 digital extended play release dropped in January 2025. It featured the original version of "Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me)" alongside a variety or new songs and collabs with rapper Tedashii, DJ Positive, singer Jonathan Traylor, and Jamaican worship leader Kevin Downswell. "Since the success of 'Find Me Here (Blessings Find Me),' I've merged my Caribbean roots with my worship foundation, bringing everything full circle," Garner says. "This journey has allowed me to showcase my writing while blending Afrobeat, dancehall, and reggae with a strong message pointing back to God. This combination has made it easier to connect with audiences and truly express myself. Volume 2 of 'Find Me Here' captures this blend, allowing me to present who I am as an artist, making my stage presence, personality, and positivity resonate deeply."
