Amazing Spiderman 3 Reveals, Spoilers, Casting, Updates and Plot Theories: Gwen Stacey may be Back for Third Installment while Spiderman Faces his Clone
There is a lot of speculation over where the plot for the third installment of the Amazing Spiderman is headed especially after the last installment. By now all of you know that the third installment should hit the big screen sometime the summer of 2018, May 4th to be precise. In between, Sony entertainment is going to release a spin-off of the movie, called the Sinister 6 which is obviously going to affect the plot in a few ways especially when it entails the combination of all of the Spiderman franchise villains. At the present, we can speculate a dozen ways the plot could go. There are rumors that Spiderman will be on the war path especially after his girlfriend Gwen Stacey was killed in a fall. Allegedly, the new film will show that she is not dead after all, but that seems rather unlikely after the funeral and everything.
The other plot which would satisfy the love interest twist for the movie is the introduction of Mary Jane from the original Spiderman movie of 2002, strangely played by Emma Stone. This would be a weird reincarnation even by Sony's standards. Last but not least there is a plot for the movie which is surreal but more realistic than any of the above. Apparently, Dr. Miles Warren, a professor of biology at the Empire State University had feelings for Gwen and believes her death is Spiderman's fault. Then begin the experiments. He kills his assistant after coining himself as the Jackal and begins experimenting on cells from both Gwen and Peter Parker who he knows is Spiderman and creates a clone of him. Eventually, the clone being all Peter Parker gives in to his biology of being the good guy and teams up with Spiderman to fight the Jackal. They win but at the cost of one of them, leaving the other to question existence and identity.
Foxx's character, Electro died in the last movie, but the nature his role is subject to speculation and by all probability, the powers that be will find a way for him to be brought back and cause trouble for Spiderman.
