Facebook debuts Atlas: People-based-marketing makes its mark
Facebook is bringing in Atla this week, which is based on Facebook track ability since Facebook is able to track almost 1.3 billion of its users. The advertisers will be able to check the popularity of their ads. Even they will be able to see how often from an individual their ads are watched. Smartphones, notebooks, Macs tablets and other devices are also included in the count.
David Jakubowski Facebook's head of advertising announced that while using Atlas along with Instagram, the companies will be able to see who checks the ads or buys something. So it is merging with the Instagram to reach to even the remote corners of advertising. Popular photo sharing application Instagram is also trying to expand the advertising facilities for almost a year. The main partner of Instagram is Omnicom and the record says Omnicom has helped Instagram to combine with Facebook. The company invested millions of dollars for the efforts to create the bridge relationship between Facebook and Instagram.
The recent Facebook advertising records indicates that it managed to hold 44 percent uptrend in stock this year and the company achieved capitalization money of over $203.9 billion.
For privacy concerns, the marketers will be able to use customized privacy setting. Not all the data will be visible for the visitors. The promoters get the facility to expose the desired part only since the visitors' access is in their control.
Through Atlas, the organizers are going to target the remote users since Internet Activity has largely improved via mobile phones. The developed tracking capability allows Atlas to track usage from any device. It is upgraded than the cookies that are available in browsers.
Jakibowski also mentioned that Omnicom group would honor the debut of the feature Atlas. The Omnicom group will use it for the clients of Intel and Pepsi.
Advertising via Facebook has developed a lot as Facebook has taken various initiatives throughout the whole year. Soon Facebook is about to introduce Live Rail, which will allow video clip advertisement.
