Jordan Feliz Receives Three Dove Nominations

Jordan Feliz was honored with three prestigious nominations at today's Dove Awards nominees press conference. Feliz received nominations for New Artist of the Year, Song of the Year ("The River"), and Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year ("The River"). This marks the first Dove Awards nominations received by the talented singer/songwriter since his signing with Centricity Music in 2015. The 47th Annual GMA Dove Awards will take place on Oct. 11 in Nashville, Tenn., with the show airing on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) on Oct. 16.
"Wow, I am beyond humbled and honored to receive three Dove Award nominations," exclaims Feliz. "I'm so thankful to be walking down the path the Lord has me on, with an overwhelming amount of support. I feel so blessed to be so warmly welcomed by the Christian music community, which includes the artists, radio, media, retail outlets, and the fans. I'm so grateful to all of you!"
Feliz's mega-hit single, "The River," released in 2015 and was the first single from his debut Centricity project, Beloved. The song remained No.1 for ten weeks on Billboard's National Christian Audience Chart and seven weeks on the CHR/Hot AC Chart. It remains in the Top 30 on iTunes Christian Singles Chart. "The River" was nominated for Breakout Single of the Year at this summer's K-LOVE Fan Awards
Feliz released his first full album for Centricity, The River, in April 2016 and the first single, "Never Too Far Gone," was his second No. 1 hit at CHR radio. Upon its release, the record debuted No. 4 on Billboard's Christian Albums chart, with rave reviews from the press that included CCM Magazine saying, "Feliz has the potential to impact listeners from virtually any faith background given his infectiousness and all around authenticity."
Feliz will be the only featured guest on for King & Country's Priceless Fall Tour 2016 that launches in Oct. To keep updated about Feliz and his upcoming tour dates: ; www.jordanfeliz.com, www.facebook.com/jordanfelizmusic, www.twitter.com/jordan_feliz
